In order to regulate District 5220 procedures and to provide an orderly and useful system of maintaining records of district actions and resolutions, these policies have been established and shall be used as a guide for District Governors, Assistant District Governor’s committees and clubs of the district. Policies conform with the most current Bylaws of Rotary International.

In 2006, the Policy Manual was updated to eliminate portions that duplicated language contained in the RI Manual of Procedure (MOP). In 2008 the manual was further updated to reflect changes approved at the business meeting at the 2008 District Conference. In 2010 the manual had further revisions which are included in the copy at the link below.
